Purpose of the Platform
AigentHub is a platform where creators design, publish, and list Agent Organizations — complete multi-agent systems — that the community can discover, fork, and install.
The Platform also offers an optional paid plan (Pro) and a marketplace in which creators can list Agent Organizations for one-time purchase. Payments and creator payouts are handled through Stripe. These services are described in more detail in our Terms & Conditions, Marketplace Terms, and Creator Terms.
Intellectual property
The Platform’s name, brand, interface, and underlying software are owned by Entornodev Multimedia SLU or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit them without authorization.
Content published by creators — including Agent Organizations and their descriptions — remains the responsibility of the respective creator. The rights granted to other users when content is forked, installed, or purchased are set out in the Creator Terms and Marketplace Terms.
Liability
We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- the availability or continuity of the Platform;
- content published by creators or other users, or the results of using an Agent Organization;
- third-party services linked from or integrated with the Platform.
Governing law
This legal notice and the use of the Platform are governed by Spanish law. Any consumer rights you have under mandatory law in your country of residence remain unaffected. For any question about this notice, contact us at hello@aigenthub.dev.
