Creator Terms
We may update this document from time to time. When we do, we revise the version and effective date shown above.
Who these terms are for
These Creator Terms apply if you publish, list, or sell Agent Organizations on AigentHub. They add to our Terms & Conditions and Marketplace Terms.
Publishing & listing
As a creator you can publish an Agent Organization and, optionally, list it on the marketplace — either free or for a one-time price. You are responsible for your content, for having the rights to publish it, and for ensuring it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.
You can update or unlist your Agent Organizations. We may remove or restrict content that breaches these terms.
Rights you grant & the license you set
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant AigentHub the rights needed to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.
You set a license for each organization that defines what others may do with it — personal or commercial use, attribution, forking, and whether derivatives may be published. When another user forks or buys your organization, they receive the rights under the license in effect at that time; that license is frozen for that purchase or fork and later changes you make do not affect it. The automatic “Forked from” provenance within AigentHub always remains.
Commission & payouts
When you sell an Agent Organization, AigentHub charges a platform commission on the sale price. The commission depends on your plan:
- Free plan creators:AigentHub’s platform commission is 50% of the sale price.
- Pro plan creators:AigentHub’s platform commission is 10% of the sale price.
The commission rate that applies to a sale is the rate in effect at the time of that purchase. Your earnings (the sale price minus the commission) are paid out through Stripe Connect.
To receive payouts, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and keep your account in good standing. Payout availability and timing are subject to Stripe’s requirements and verification.
Taxes
You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations on the earnings you receive as a creator. AigentHub does not provide tax advice.
Prohibited content
You may not publish or sell content that:
- infringes intellectual-property or other rights;
- is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or harmful;
- misrepresents what the Agent Organization does.
