Marketplace Terms

Version 1.0Effective

We may update this document from time to time. When we do, we revise the version and effective date shown above.

Scope

These Marketplace Terms govern buying and selling Agent Organizations on AigentHub. They add to our Terms & Conditions, Creator Terms, and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

AigentHub's role

The marketplace lets creators list Agent Organizations and lets buyers purchase them. AigentHub provides the technological infrastructure and handles payment collection, its platform commission, and the distribution of payments through Stripe and Stripe Connect.

The creator offers the listed content or digital product, unless a specific flow expressly identifies AigentHub as the seller for that transaction. The applicable contractual and tax roles may depend on the transaction and on the information shown during checkout. We will make the relevant relationship clear for each transaction.

Prices & payment

  • Prices are shown on each listing in the stated currency (for example, EUR or USD). Applicable taxes may apply.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the listed amount.
  • Creator earnings are paid through Stripe Connect, net of AigentHub’s platform commission (see the Creator Terms).

What you get as a buyer

When you buy an Agent Organization, you receive the rights defined by its license, as shown on its page at the time of purchase. Agent Organizations are digital content; refunds and the right of withdrawal are covered in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

License & usage rights

Every organization is offered under a license the creator sets. The license — its name, what it permits, and its full text — is shown on the organization’s page before you buy, and at its dedicated license link.

  • Your license is frozen at purchase. A snapshot of the license in effect when you buy is stored with your purchase. If the creator later changes the license, your purchase keeps the terms you were granted; a change never retroactively replaces the rights of an earlier purchase or fork.
  • Personal vs commercial use is defined by the license (for example, Personal Use vs Commercial Use). Some licenses require public attribution for external derivatives.
  • Provenance— every fork within AigentHub keeps an automatic, non-removable “Forked from” credit. This is distinct from any public attribution the license may require.
  • No resale or redistribution. Unless a license expressly allows it, you may not resell the original or a substantially equivalent copy, or redistribute its source content.
  • Forks can’t be listed. In this version, a fork of an organization cannot be listed on the AigentHub marketplace.

Some of these rules are enforced by the Platform (whether you can fork, publish, or list a derivative); others — such as commercial use outside AigentHub — are contractual and may not be technically verifiable.

Forking & derived work

The Platform supports forking. The ability to fork a given Agent Organization, and the terms on which you may do so, depend on how the creator has made it available (for example, free, purchasable, or access on request). You must respect the rights of the original creator and any applicable listing terms.

Disputes & removal

If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us at hello@aigenthub.dev and we will try to help resolve it.

We may remove or restrict a listing that breaches these terms, is unlawful, or infringes rights. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
