These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AigentHub. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to them.
The Platform is operated by Entornodev Multimedia SLU. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform. Specific activities are also governed by our Creator Terms, Marketplace Terms, Refund & Withdrawal Policy, and Privacy Policy.
To use most features you need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Platform.
You can access, update, or delete parts of your profile from your account settings.
AigentHub offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. The features and any limits of each plan are described on the Platform and may evolve as the product develops.
Cancellation, renewal, and refunds for Pro are covered in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
You retain ownership of the Agent Organizations and other content you create. By publishing or listing content, you grant the rights needed to host and display it on the Platform, and — where you make content available to others — the rights described in the Creator Terms and Marketplace Terms.
You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the rights to it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms; the version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current version. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: hello@aigenthub.dev.
