Ship-It Loop

Turn a task into a small change you can actually review. The Delivery Lead freezes a minimal plan with you before any code; the Implementer builds it in increments and flags anything risky; the Test Runner re-runs the suite from a clean state and records the real output; the Adversarial Reviewer attacks the diff for correctness, security and scope creep. You get a branch, the commands and their results, and an honest list of what is left. It never merges, pushes or deploys.
