Licenses & usage rights
Every published organization has a license that defines what you may do with it. The creator picks a preset; you can read it on the organization's page and at its /license link before you buy or fork.
The licenses

| Personal Use | Private, non-commercial use and private forks. No commercial use; derivatives can't be published or listed. |
| Commercial Use | Personal + commercial use, client work, and monetizing outputs. You may publish a derivative, but not resell or list a fork. |
| Commercial Use with Attribution | Same as Commercial Use, but you must publicly credit the creator when you publish or distribute a derivative externally. |
| Custom Agreement | Rights are arranged directly with the creator, off-platform. Only for “request access” organizations — no automatic checkout or fork. |
Your license is frozen at purchase
When you buy or fork an organization, the license in effect at that moment is captured for you. If the creator later changes the license, your purchase or fork keeps the terms you got. You can see the exact license you acquired in My Purchases.
Provenance vs attribution
- Provenance — every fork inside AigentHub keeps a “Forked from … by @creator” credit. It's automatic and can't be removed. It applies to every license.
- Public attribution — only *Commercial Use with Attribution* additionally requires you to credit the creator publicly when you publish a derivative outside AigentHub.
Some rules are enforced by the platform (whether you can fork, publish, or list a derivative); others — like commercial use outside AigentHub — are contractual and not technically verifiable. The Creator Terms and Marketplace Terms govern.
