Create and edit an organization
Everything you create lives in My Organizations. A new organization starts as a private draft that only you can see.
Create an organization
- 1Open My Organizations and create a new organization.
- 2Give it a name and a mission — the mission is the single goal it exists to achieve.
- 3You're taken into the builder, where the remaining building blocks are edited across tabs.
Mission
The mission is required and central. You can rename the organization at any time; the slug in its public URL stays stable so existing links keep working.
Ownership & public URL
- You are the owner of every organization you create — only you can edit it.
- A unique slug is generated from the name when you create the organization.
- Once published, the organization is reachable at a stable public page under
/organizations/.
Editing & deleting
- You can keep editing the building blocks of your organization at any time.
- Only draft organizations can be deleted, from the builder's danger zone.
- You can unpublish a published organization to return it to a private draft — its content, URL, license, purchases, and version history are preserved, and a published-organization slot is freed. See Publish.
