Launch readiness & completeness

AigentHub has two distinct, structural signals. Launch readiness decides whether you can publish. Completeness is what buyers see on discovery. Neither measures real-world performance.

Launch readiness

Launch readiness is the private checklist your organization must pass before it can be published. All required checks must pass:

  • Mission defined
  • At least one participant
  • Loop defined
  • At least one skill
  • At least one rule

Recommended but not required for publishing: Tools connected, Add at least one tag.

Completeness

Completeness is a public, read-time signal shown on cards and organization pages. It is built from eight equally-weighted structural signals:

  • Mission defined
  • At least one participant
  • At least one skill
  • Loop has steps
  • At least one rule
  • At least one tool
  • At least one tag
  • Published version

Tiers

  • Complete (8)
  • Strong (≥6)
  • Basic (≥4)
  • Incomplete (<4)

Structure, not performance

Completeness is Based on public structure, not usage. It never uses installs, forks, stars, or any usage data, and it is not a "Health Score."
