Refunds

There is no automated self-service refund on AigentHub yet. Refunds are handled manually.

How to request a refund

  1. 1Contact support at hello@aigenthub.dev with your account email and the purchase details.
  2. 2If a refund is due, it's processed through Stripe back to your original payment method.
  3. 3The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
