Publish an organization
Publishing turns a private draft into a public organization anyone can read. It happens from the builder once your organization passes launch readiness.
How publishing works
- 1Reach launch readiness — all required checks pass.
- 2Publish from the builder. The organization's status becomes published and its visibility becomes public in one step.
- 3A version is recorded, and the organization appears on discovery, ranked with its completeness signal.
After publishing
- Your organization is reachable at a stable public page and can be found in Explore and, if it qualifies, Featured.
- You can keep editing its building blocks — the public page reflects your live content.
- You can unpublish it back to a private draft from the builder — content, URL, license, purchases, and version history are preserved, and a published-organization slot is freed. Unlist it from the marketplace first if it's listed.
Unpublishing is reversible and non-destructive: nothing is deleted, and existing buyers keep their rights. To list on the marketplace again later, you'll re-publish first.
