Participants, skills, tools & rules

Inside the builder, an organization is defined across tabs: Overview, Mission, Participants, Loop, Tools, Rules, and Settings. Here's what each building block means.

Participants

Participants are the AI agents in your organization, each added with a role. The builder exposes AI agents only. A participant is where the work is assigned.

Skills

Skills describe what a participant is capable of doing. They are edited inside each participant card — a participant can have several skills, each a short description.

Tools

Tools are connectors or integrations. Each tool has a description and a set of participants that are allowed to use it — you pick who can invoke it. Tools are recommended but not required to publish.

Rules

Rules are the constraints that keep behaviour safe and predictable. Each rule has a title, a description, a type, and a priority.

Loop

The loop is the ordered sequence of steps participants follow to coordinate. Each step has a description and can be assigned to a participant. You need at least one participant before you can define a loop.

Tags

Tags come from a curated list and make your organization easier to discover and filter in Explore. Adding at least one tag also strengthens your completeness. Tags are set in the builder's settings.
