FAQ

Do I need an account to browse?

No. You can browse Explore, Featured, and Creators without an account. You need one to build, publish, follow, or buy.

Does publishing cost anything?

No. Publishing is free within your plan's limits — Free can publish 5 organizations, Pro up to 50.

What do I need to sell an organization?

Publish it, list it on the marketplace with a one-time price, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding so you're payout-ready. Until then, paid organizations show “Purchase coming soon.” See Stripe Connect & payout readiness.

How do I install an organization?

There is no “install” action on AigentHub. To take an organization you fork it (free, or after purchasing a paid one). See Forking.

How much is Pro?

€19/month or €190/year. See Free vs Pro & limits and the pricing page.

Is there a “verified creator” badge?

No verification badge is shown today. A Pro badge indicates a paid plan, not a verification. Identity-verification signals may be introduced in the future, but none are available now.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled manually — contact hello@aigenthub.dev. See Refunds and the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

What license do I need to set as a creator?

Pick the preset that matches what you want to allow — Personal Use, Commercial Use, or Commercial Use with Attribution. An organization can't be listed, purchased, or forked by others until a license is set. See Licenses & usage rights.

Can I use an organization for client work?

Only if its license allows commercial use. Commercial Use (and Commercial Use with Attribution) permits client work; Personal Use does not.

Can I sell the outputs it produces?

Under Commercial Use, yes — you may monetize the outputs. Note that commercial use outside AigentHub is contractual and not something the platform can technically verify.

Can I resell an organization I bought or forked?

No. The V1 licenses don't allow reselling the original or a substantially equivalent copy, or redistributing the source, and a fork can't be listed on the marketplace.

What if the creator changes the license later?

Your purchase or fork keeps the license it was made under — the terms are captured (a snapshot) at that moment. A later change by the creator applies only to future purchases and forks.

What about older purchases or forks without a snapshot?

Purchases and forks made before licenses existed show as “license snapshot not recorded.” We don't retroactively assign rights to them; their terms follow the applicable Terms and law.

What's the difference between provenance and attribution?

Provenance is the automatic “Forked from … by @creator” credit inside AigentHub — it's always present and can't be removed. Public attribution is an extra legal duty to credit the creator publicly when you publish a derivative outside AigentHub, required only by Commercial Use with Attribution.
